My Service
With 35 years of management experience, you name it and I have probably seen it. The good, the bad and the ugly.
My sincere passion is to listen intently, ask questions to understand the real issues ( and yes, the real issues are never brewing at the top, you have to work and mine your way down deeper to the root of issues). I aspire to ask pertinent questions, to understand what is really driving career roadblocks, to share my own experiences and to connect by showing my own vulnerability. It is a fact that when we let down our guards, THIS is when the sincere connection and gift of mentoring & coaching can grow. IT is when we reach this connection core, this is where together, we can cultivate our self-confidence, our self- awareness and grow emotional intelligence.
